2. Community Responsibility

By using Pethora, you agree to treat all community members, rescue teams, and shelters with respect. The platform is intended strictly for the adoption and care of pets. Any misuse, harassment, or fraudulent listings on the platform will result in immediate termination of the account and potential legal action.

3. Adoption Rules & Information Integrity

Shelters and pet owners are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of pet profiles, vaccination records, and descriptions. Adopters are responsible for performing due diligence before finalizing any adoption agreements.

4. Limitation of Liability

Pethora is a matching service and is not responsible for the physical or health outcomes of adoptions. We do not inspect shelters in person and make no guarantees regarding animal health or temperament.
